 The project teams will constantly keep in contact to provide smooth implementation of the project. The web platform will include flexible and user friendly Content Management System which will make it also an excellent tool for project evaluation and result sharing (besides its main goal as a tool providing dissemination and valorisation of results).The support staff of the countries where there would be a project meeting will be responsible for all the organizational and logistical issues connected with the organization of these events. They will be responsible for smooth implementation of visa procedures (where needed) as well as will organize all the technicalities regarding the accomodation, local transportation and materials, and all the necessary technical and organizational support.
This will be the specific tasks relating to the project implementation. But above this all all the project partners will find a support person which will be responsible for the implamentation of the following tasks during the whole project:
- Organization of National Activities planned in the project. Providing all the necessary guidance and coaching to the youth initiating and implementing them. Support in development of curricula and programs of the national activities (their integration with the aims and objectives of the project). Development of common formate for all the countries and provide appropriate adaptations to fit different national realities.
- Systematization of the information received from participants in their respective countries and administration of the appropriate web site sections.
- Communication between project paretners and organization of sharing of experience and good practice sharing. Maintanance and development of network functioning.
- Development of project ideas and communication with project partners in the framework of the Network for applications to YiA Programme of EC and other possible funders
