Preliminary Agenda of Kick-off Meeting: First day: Arrival, Icebreaking, Team building, Official opening, Welcome Evening Second day: Sharing on local realities and information on the organizations involved, First Round of Sharing on the functioning and plans of the network (building shared vision), work in small groups according to the 2-3 main spheres identified (web platform planning, ideas for projects in the farmework of YiA, network general strategy, membership rules and procedures, extension strategy, promotion startegy, fundraising strategy etc.) Third day: Presentation of the small working groups results and second round of groups work (web platform planning, ideas for projects in the farmework of YiA, network general strategy, membership rules and procedures, extension strategy, promotion startegy, fundraising strategy etc.) Fourth day: Presentation of the results and group finalization, Development of docuementation and work plan for the next period, Evaluation and Closing, Farewell Evening
March 8 – April 1 – Development of project ideas and proposals in the framework of Network’s strategy, aims and objectives

April 1 – May 30 – Development of web platform, testing of web platform, development of sections on national languages, tuning and promotion of the paltaform, devlopment of project ideas and proposals in the framework of YiA, work with target groups in local communities and promotion of network strategic aims
June 1 – Application/s to Youth in Action programme of EC
June1 – August 31 – Team of experts for developemnt of educational materials, preparation of educational materials, work with target groups in local communities and promotion of network strategic aims
September 1 – 4 – Project progress Meeting in Georgia

First day: Arrival, Icebreaking, Team building, Official opening, Welcome Evening Second day: Sharing on local realities and information on the work organized in local communities and sharing of good practice, development of reccomendations for further stages of the project, sharing on the functioning and plans of the network (evaluation and fine-tuning) Third day: Evaluation of the web platform, feedback on the level and schemes of involvment partners in the developmet of web platform (lacks and achievements), discussion on the process of preparation of projects under YiA (process, results, suggestions for development) Fourth day: Discussion and finalization of Educational materials, Planning of follow-up and finalization of Network startegy, development of docuementation and work plan for the next period, Evaluation and Closing, Farewell Evening
September 4 – November 1 – Publication and dissemination of Educational Metrials, work with target groups in local communities and promotion of network strategic aims using the published materials, sharing of good practice and visualization it through the web portal, devlopment of project ideas and proposals in the framework of YiA
November 1 – Application/s to Youth in Action programme of EC
November 1 – February 28 – Development and implementation of paralel National Activities, systematization of the results of National Activities and sharing of good practice through web conferencing and the web platform of the Network, realization of the projects under YiA applied before and organization of systematic result sharing with their partners in the Network (including those not involved directly in the activities).
March 1 – April 1 – Finalization of the project activities realized and preparation of the Final Evaluzation Meeting,
April 2 – 5 – Final Evaluation Meeting
Preliminary Agenda of Evaluation Meeting:
First day: Arrival, icebreaking, official opening, setting final agenda of the meeting, starting the sharing on the whole course of the project, Welcome Evening Second day: Finlaization of the evaluation of the project component by component (web, national activities, activities on local level, cooperation, feedback on educational materials and their usage, functioning of the Network, communication etc.) and development of reccomendationds for follow-up. Third day: Planning of folow-up and development startegy of the Network Fourth day: Continuation of the follow-up planning and finalization of Network startegy for the next period of time, development of docuementation and work plan, Evaluation and Closing, Farewell Evening
April 6 – June 1 – Reporting and finalization, organization of the follow-up of the Network
